f you’re not sure where to get started with pickleball and can’t make it to one of my sold-out Intro Classes or you are ready to start learning some Beginner Strategy, I’m your guy. As a PCI-certified coach, I focus on Beginner through Intermediate Students ready to break through 3.5.
I was a lifelong tennis player who discovered pickleball post-pandemic. I play at a 4.0+ level and won the Silicon Alley Pickleball tournament in 2022. I’ve most recently been coaching for Catskills Pickleball in Woodstock. I also run the programming at Stuy Dome in Bedstuy for NYC Pickleball, hosting Open Plays, facilitating DUPR Round Robin events, and instructing our 101 and 201 clinics. And, most recently, I've joined the inaugural coaching staff at Gotham Pickleball in Long Island City, Queens.
When coaching, I make sure Beginners walk away with the basics that allow them to join rec games locally, but I love opening players’ eyes to the strategies of the game which quickly level up their play. Even if you’ve never picked up a paddle, it’s never too late to discover your new favorite activity!
I primarily coach in Prospect Heights, Bedstuy, and LIC, but am generally happy to travel around Brooklyn and possibly parts of Manhattan. I always have paddles on hand that you are welcome to demo.
